- We offer transport and car rental services in Saudi Arabia where we offer:

- Hotel Pick & Drop

- City to City Executive Travel
- Religious Pilgrimage Trips
- Booking & Confirmation:
- Booking of services is done online through our site or through WhatsApp.
- We do not accept a booking until we have sent you a confirmation message or a voucher.
- We also have a right to reject or cancel reservations in uncommon situations (e.g. vehicle unavailability, severe weather, safety issues).
- User Eligibility:
- You should also be old enough to make binding contracts.
- You have to give correct and full details (name, contact, travel dates, etc.).
- Any false or misleading information can cause the cancellation without refund.
Payments, Deposits & Pricing
- Pricing:
- Every charge, rate and fee will be presented or reported in the quote.
- Quoted prices are not subject to change in cases of change in itinerary, additional stops or additional service requests.
- Payments & Deposits:
- However, we might need the deposit or partial payment in order to confirm your reservation.
- The service commences only after full payment (except in other cases).
- We accept payment through approved 3rd party gateway; the payment information is done securely.
- Cancellation & Refunds:
- You can get a partial or all refund in case you cancel X hours/days before the service.
- In case of cancellation, no refund will be refunded in the event that the service has already begun or cancellation has occurred.
- We might cancel out of safety, regulatory or operational reasons, you will get full refund or alternative.
Liability & Disclaimers
We also aims at providing proper information and quality service at any given time. Nevertheless, it is not a promise of continuous supply of vehicles and its faultless functioning in case of the external factors which are out of our control. It is on the customer to ensure that he meets the rental requirements and adheres to the all rules of the Saudi Arabian traffic regulations. EVGO does not incur any indirect losses, delays or damages that are caused by misuse or negligence. Any form of rental is on an as available basis, and the utilization of our services means that you are accepting such terms.
Termination & Suspension
EVGO Rental Services may at its own discretion suspend or cancel any booking or user account without prior notification in instances of policy breach, misuse, and fraud. It can also be requested by the customers to close their account or cancel the reservations by calling our support team. The termination does not absolve any outstanding payments or liabilities by the customers. EVGO has the right to ban access to its platform or deny additional services in case of dispute or non-compliance. Every one of the actions is to guarantee safety, compliance, and integrity of the service.
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Any conflicts that can be a result of our services or those Terms and Conditions will be addressed in a friendly manner by discussing and meditating where necessary. In case a solution is not achieved, the issue will be governed by the laws and jurisdiction of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The whole legal action shall be undertaken in the relevant legal framework in Saudi. Customers are willing to cooperate in the best interest to solve problems effectively and in a respectful manner. EVGO is committed to ensuring transparency and equal treatment in handling any dispute.
Changes to Terms & Updates
We are free to amend these Terms. The most recent one will be on this page under the new last updated date. Your use of the new Terms after the changes is your acceptance of the new Terms.
